We are a leading provider of dietary management services, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in food preparation, serving, and presentation for our clients.

Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals to patients, residents, and staff in accordance with established recipes, menu cycles, and food safety guidelines
• Assist with food preparation, including food cutting, mixing, and cooking
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and storing food, supplies, and equipment
• Collaborate with other dietary staff to ensure efficient meal service and effective communication
• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and supplies

Dietary Aide Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience in food service, dietary working in a long-term care environment or related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds)
