Job summary

Kenwood View Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in meal preparation, service, and cleanup for patients and staff. The role supports the cook and adheres to center procedures for nourishments and desserts.

The position emphasizes reading and speaking English, sanitation, and safety, with prior food service or long-term care experience preferred. This role involves serving meals during nursing center events and related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.
• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
