Job summary

Louisburg Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking a Diet ary Aide to assist cooks and prepare nourishments for patients and staff. You will label nourishments, portion desserts and salads, and pour beverages while following center guidelines.

Ideal candidates have good communication skills, basic sanitation knowledge, and prior food service or long-term care experience. This role offers meaningful daily impact with a supportive team and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.

• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
• Prior experience in food service preferred.

Job description

Performs a variety of tasks usually not requiring cooking skills in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to patients and staff in the nursing center and other special events.
