Job summary

Luxor at Mills Pond Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in St. James, NY, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. If you are dependable, caring, and enjoy working with residents, this is a meaningful opportunity to improve residents' daily lives.

The role involves assisting with meal prep, serving, delivering meals, and keeping dining and kitchen areas clean. You will help keep dining areas and the kitchen clean and safe, and collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and respectful approach when working with residents.

Responsibilities
