Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Colorado is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, assist with seating, deliver meals, and help with cleanup while upholding sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates are sanitation certified or eligible for certification within 30 days, with restaurant serving experience and a patient, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and drink orders from residents and guests.
• Seats and assists residents as needed during meal service.
• Delivers meals and removes dinnerware promptly after meals.
• Assists with general cleaning, dishes, and basic food preparation.
• Maintains a clean, organized dining area and supports a positive dining experience.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:

• Sanitation Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Opportunities for full-time or part-time hours.

Available shifts: days or evenings. Shifts will vary. Weekend shifts available.
