Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in the United States is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include assisting with cleaning and food preparation as needed. Sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days is required; weekend and holiday rotation is expected, and a positive, team-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:
