Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking dedicated dietary team members to assist in food preparation and service in a skilled nursing setting, ensuring meals are prepared with quality and served safely to residents.

This role offers flexible pay options (Daily and On-Demand Pay, weekly pay), a family-like atmosphere, generous PTO, tuition assistance, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K. Working shifts include early morning and mid-day hours with every other weekend.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Shift and Wage:

• Full‑Time and Part‑Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed:
  • 6:30a - 3:00p
  • 11:30a - 7:00p
  • Every Other Weekend Required
• Wage: $14.00 per hour
