We are hiring a Dietary Aide at Dexter House Healthcare. This is a Part-Time Position.

Position Details:

• Full Time Dietary Aide with $1,000 Sign-on & Retention Bonus
• Part Time Dietary Aide with $500 Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Responsibilities include:

• Handling food, dishes, and equipment safely and hygienically
• Preparing resident trays according to instructions
• Assisting in stocking food storage areas and refrigerators
• Delivering food, nourishments, and supplies as assigned
• Maintaining a respectful, team-oriented environment and responding to concerns
• Participating in quality improvement activities (QAPI)
• Protecting confidentiality and sensitive Protected Health Information (HIPAA)
• Demonstrating organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Working independently, problem-solving, and making decisions
• Creating a resident-centered environment and reacting decisively in emergencies
