We are hiring a Dietary Aide at Dexter House Healthcare. This is a Part-Time Position.

Position Details:
- Full Time Dietary Aide with $1,000 Sign-on & Retention Bonus
- Part Time Dietary Aide with $500 Sign-on & Retention Bonus
Responsibilities include:
- Handling food, dishes, and equipment safely and hygienically
- Preparing resident trays according to instructions
- Assisting in stocking food storage areas and refrigerators
- Delivering food, nourishments, and supplies as assigned
- Maintaining a respectful, team-oriented environment and responding to concerns
- Participating in quality improvement activities (QAPI)
- Protecting confidentiality and sensitive Protected Health Information (HIPAA)
- Demonstrating organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Working independently, problem-solving, and making decisions
- Creating a resident-centered environment and reacting decisively in emergencies
