Job summary

Lincoln Park Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our Team at Lincoln Park Healthcare Campus. Shift Time: 4pm-8pm. You will receive supplies, organize storage, assist in inventories, clean kitchen and hallways, and help with meal deliveries to patient care areas.

Responsibilities

• Receives all supplies and equipment for the dietary department, checking quality, weight, and specifications to ensure compliance with purchase orders.
• Carries or trucks supplies to storage area, fills and delivers requisitions.
• Organizes and maintains storage area in a neat and clean condition.
• Assist in inventories and maintains records of stock received and issued.
• Sweeps and mops floors, take out garbage.
• Organizes and maintains all walk-in freezer and refrigerators.
• Distributes supplies based on prescribed guidelines.
• Deliver hot food trucks to patient care areas.
• Perform cleaning duties in kitchen and hallway areas as assigned by a supervisor.
• Perform utility worker duties or cleaning duties in addition to duties of porter
• Performs all other duties as assigned
