Job summary

Westview Care Center is seeking Dietary Aides to join our friendly, caring team. You will assist residents with meals, ensure dietary needs are met and keep kitchen and dining areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum tenth grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience preferred, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Keep kitchen and dietary equipment clean and sanitized.
• Record temperatures and ensure food safety during service.

As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensures our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Westview Care Center by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance with their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and ensuring the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
