Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Dietary Aide to assist in preparing and delivering patient meals and maintaining a clean cafeteria. This role supports staff and patients in a fast-paced hospital environment in southwest Houston.

Responsibilities include delivering food trays, stocking deliveries, and preparing refreshments for special events, while complying with safety and health standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certifications: Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of being hired.

The hospital is located in southwest Houston serving the Houston and surrounding communities. Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire is seeking a Dietary Aide (Kitchen/Cafeteria Aide) to assist in the provision of quality meals and nutritional services to patients and staff.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of patient meals, delivering food tray to units as needed.
• Ensure that the cafeteria and dining room remain clean and in adherence to all safety and health standards.
• Accept food deliveries and put away stock as necessary
• Prepare refreshments for special functions as required
