Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Dining Associate in its Continuing Care department to ensure dining room operations run smoothly and residents receive attentive service. You will greet residents, coordinate with wait staff and servers, help with prep and post-meal duties, and maintain sanitation across front-of-house and kitchen areas.

The role offers a role-specific pay range of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, requires at least 6 months in food service, and a flexible weekend/holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment preferred.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff run smoothly.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.

Location: Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Dining Associate in our Continuing Care department and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our residents. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience.

How you will make an impact
