Palisade Healthcare Center in Garretson, SD is seeking a Dietary Aide to join the dietary department. We value a team-oriented individual who takes pride in quality service and food safety in a setting that emphasizes culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards.

• Push carts to halls or kitchen.
• Wash dishes and keep work area clean.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

Essential Functions

• Read production orders on tray cards
• Places items, such as eating utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.
• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve assigned food on trays at proper time, attractively, and at correct temperature. May help with food preparation.
• Pushes carts to halls or kitchen.
• Washes dishes and cleans work area
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
