Job summary

HHS is seeking a Dietary Aide for Baptist Health Medical Center in Arkansas. You will join the hospital’s dietary team to assist patients with menu selections and deliver meals promptly, while delivering friendly, patient-focused service.

Wage starts at 12.50 USD per hour with full-time and part-time shifts available. Background check and drug screen required; strong teamwork and adherence to health and safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team!

As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
