Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is hiring a Patient Ambassador for Mercy Rehab Hospital Fort Smith. The role supports the dietary team by assisting patients with menu selection and delivering meals with care.

Compensation is $15.45 per hour, with both full-time and part-time opportunities on day, evening, and night shifts. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen; vaccination status regulations may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Location: Mercy Rehab Hospital Fort Smith - CNS Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 15.45 USD Hourly Work Shift: Rotating Shift (United States of America)

Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team! As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Patient Ambassador Wage: $15.45/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
