Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) seeks friendly, compassionate team players to join the dietary team at Baptist Health Medical Center in Arkansas. You will assist patients with menu selection and deliver meals in a timely manner, while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with various day/evening/night shifts. A background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.
• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility in the U.S. are required.
• Preferred: Culinary experience in kitchen, healthcare, or food service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

Job Description

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team! As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Position Highlights

Wage: $12.50/hour. Full-time and part-time positions available. Day/Evening/Night shifts available. Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required. Location: Baptist Health Medical Center.

• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.

Qualifications

• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare).

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously.
• Frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
