Fast Track Apprenticeship Program - Culinary Track offers employees the opportunity to develop within the position, gaining more expertise, earning potential, and college credits toward an Associate Degree. The program's end goal is for you to become a Certified Lead Cook, with Trilogy covering the certification costs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Participating in our Culinary Apprenticeship Program
• Serving meals to residents in our healthcare campus
• Assisting with cleaning duties, including work tables, refrigerators, sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
• Setting up dining areas, meal trays, and food carts
• Assisting cooks in meal preparation
• Joining a company recognized as a Best Place to Work across four states

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a restaurant setting is a plus
• Ability to serve food and beverages in a fine dining setting
