Job summary

Allbridge Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking Dietary Aides to provide accurate, timely food service to meet residents' needs and to maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with weekend availability required.

Responsibilities include following menus, preparing meals, tray service, and ensuring proper sanitation. Candidates must have at least 18 years of age and one year of dietary experience to be considered.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a dietary position
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Follow menus and prepare food and beverages
• Organize duties to complete tray service in a timely manner
• Assure kitchen equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized according to dietary procedures
• Store food in compliance with dietary procedures
• Assist in preparing, covering, and labeling food
• Perform other related duties as directed by his/her supervisor
• Must be available on weekends
