Job summary

Social Circle Nursing and Rehab has openings for Dietary Aides. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential. You must be physically able to prepare food, serve meals, as well as be able to operate and maintain kitchen equipment.

We are willing to train the right candidates. Hours: 6am-2pm and 11am-8pm. Duties include portioning, tray delivery, dining room cleaning and tray-line work.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or nursing home dietary setting.
• Able to work independently and perform physical tasks.
• Good attendance and conscientiousness.
• Portioning and serving of food items.
• Delivering trays and carts to resident floors.
• Cleaning of dining rooms and tray line duties.
• Washing dishes and operating dish room and pot sink.
• Sweeping, mopping and waste disposal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Deliver trays and carts to resident floors.
• Assist with tray line and dining room cleaning.

Job description

Social Circle Nursing and Rehab has positions available for Dietary Aides. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential. You must be physically able to prepare food, serve meals, as well as be able to operate and maintain kitchen equipment. Prior experience working as a dietary aide is a plus.

Hours: 6am-2pm and 11am-8pm

Dietary Aide Qualifications:
