Job summary

Allbridge Rehab & Nursing Center is actively seeking dietary cooks for full-time and part-time positions to deliver accurate, timely food service that meets residents’ needs while complying with federal, state, and local requirements.

The role includes following menus, preparing meals, maintaining sanitation, labeling and covering foods, and weekend availability. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a dietary position and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a dietary position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follow menus and prepare food and beverages.
• Organize duties to complete tray service in a timely manner.
• Assure kitchen equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized according to dietary procedures.
• Store food in compliance with dietary procedures.
• Assist in preparing, covering, and labeling food.
• Perform other related duties as directed by his/her supervisor.
• Must be available on weekends.

Allbridge Rehab & Nursing Center is now seeking full-time and part-time Dietary Cooks!
