Base pay range

$13.25/hr - $13.25/hr

Starting at $13.25/hour. Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it depends on skills and experience.

We are looking for dedicated individuals to help us succeed. As a new team member, you'll be eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus!

Schedule: Full Time; Weekdays and Every Other Weekend, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.

Experience in dietary assistance preferred to serve meals to our health center residents.

We are hiring full and part-time servers/dietary aides to join the Freedom Village family. Part-time evening hours are available for dinner service in independent living, skilled nursing, and personal care. Full-time day shift positions are also available in our skilled nursing and personal care departments.

Our community offers a scholarship fund through our resident council, which has raised over $60,000 to support education for residents pursuing college or professional careers.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards.
• Ensuring food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are met.
• Maintaining dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Serving efficiently and accurately.
• Setting tables, taking orders, providing service, and answering menu questions courteously.
• Clearing dishes, assisting with dishwashing, and resetting tables.
• Serving with proper etiquette and creating an inviting atmosphere.
• Understanding and correctly implementing dietary policies.
• Representing the community warmly to create a positive environment.

Qualifications required:

• Minimum 16 years old.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
