Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables with efficiency.

The role may involve light cleaning and food prep tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is sanitation certified or can obtain certification within 30 days, has restaurant service experience, and demonstrates compassion and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience serving in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude and be a good team player.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Able to understand and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests.
• Seat residents and assist them as needed during meals.
• Deliver meals and remove dinnerware in a timely manner.
• Assist with general cleaning, dishes, and basic food preparation if needed.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:

• Sanitation Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.
