Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables promptly.

You may also help with cleaning, dishes, and basic food prep as needed. Qualifications include sanitation certification (or obtainability within 30 days), restaurant serving experience preferred, and a strong work ethic with a positive, compassionate attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to recognize residents' needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Good work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Weekend and holiday rotation willingness.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests.
• Seat and assist residents as needed and deliver meals.
• Remove dinnerware in a timely manner after meals.
• Assist with general cleaning, dishes, and light food preparation.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:

• Sanitation Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents' needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.
