Peninsula Post-Acute in Burlingame, CA is hiring a Dietary Aide to join our compassionate kitchen team. The role involves preparing and serving meals according to menus, checking diet orders, and supporting the dietary team to maintain a clean, safe dining environment for residents.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, competitive pay at $20.00-$21.00 per hour, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth in a supportive workplace focused on quality resident care.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the preparation and service of meals and snacks according to menus and standardized recipes.
• Check meal trays for menu accuracy, diet orders, preferences, and nutritional requirements.
• Prepare food according to established recipes and proper consistency requirements for mechanical soft and pureed diets.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining areas following meal service.
• Ensure dishes, equipment, and supplies are properly cleaned, stored, and organized.
• Follow all dietary safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Support the dietary team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Shifts:

• AM: 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
• PM: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
