Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
• Enter and verify patient diet orders in the menu software to generate customized menus.
• Collaborate with Food Services and other departments regarding diet orders and tray tickets.
• Prepare and distribute operating reports such as tray tickets and nourishment lists.
