Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred in healthcare.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify patient diet orders in the menu software.
• Coordinate with Food Services and clinical staff on meals and diet orders.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Generate tray tickets and nourishment lists as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient menus and reports for managers.
