Responsibilities

• Processes diet orders, discharges, transfers, admits, nutrition notes, menus and patient preferences correctly.
• Assures BHS and 1N menus are correct and all patients have a meal ordered.
• Fills out, enters and prints all paperwork in a timely, organized and complete manner - nourishment labels, Patient List with Notes, Missed Meals Report, menu entry menus and supplement and floorstock charges.
• Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
