Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in menu selections in accordance with prescribed diets.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula.
• Adheres to HIPAA regulations and patient rights policies.
• Completes all required documentation and logs.
• Follows infection-control policies and procedures.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities.
