• Pay Range: $19.00 to $20.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager, responsible for patient menu management, data collection, and diet office functions.

Essential Duties

• Distribute and collect menus.
• Assist patients with menu selections in accordance with prescribed diets.
• Offer menu alternatives respecting allergies, sensitivities, and cultural preferences.
• Plan menus based on current diet manuals.
• Prepare and distribute supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formulas accurately and timely.
• Manage human/donor milk or infant formula as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, regulatory standards, and infection control policies.
• Complete documentation, reports, and logs.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
