Under the supervision of the dietitian, performs clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
• One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.

County-specific requirements apply.

• County-specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and must be maintained current.
