Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the dietitian, perform clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring the accuracy and appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
• One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.

County Specific requirement

• County-specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and must be maintained current.
