Job summary

Heniff Transportation is seeking a Diesel Truck Mechanic in Cincinnati to perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on tractors and trailers per DOT and FHWA standards.

You will diagnose issues, perform 90-day inspections, and follow OSHA safety policies while maintaining equipment reliability across our shop network. The role requires own tools and the ability to read and follow technical manuals, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience using cargo tank inspection equipment.
• Own tools required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and general repairs on tractors and trailers.
• Diagnose and repair tractors and trailers to meet safety standards.
• Perform annual/90-day inspections and HM inspections.
