Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience using inspection and test equipment for cargo tank inspections.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair tractors and trailers.
• Perform annual 90-day inspections to FHWA standards.
• Inspect cargo tanks per DOT regulations (49 CFR HM180.407).
• Replace worn or damaged parts with new or reconditioned parts.
• Operate yard hostler to move trailers within the facility.
• Document maintenance and labor in maintenance software.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental policies and safety standards.
• Perform welding repairs as needed.
