Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician B in Pennsylvania to repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel equipment, including chassis, refuse bodies, and control systems. The role covers on-site and road service with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

You will work with a state-of-the-art fleet, handling transmissions, braking, HVAC, and suspension systems while supporting drivers on routes and contributing to community service goals.

Formación

• Ability to diagnose multi-system issues with technical expertise.
• Basic understanding of work order labor time standards.
• Experience with maintenance on Classes 1-8 trucks or graduation from automotive college soon.
• ASE Certifications (T1-T8) are a plus.
• CDL is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge and proficiency to repair vehicle components and systems on-site and on the road.
• Repair chassis components and refuse bodies including hydraulic and electrical systems; and air/hydraulic braking systems.
• Light engine repair and maintenance.
• Service suspension, drivetrain and steering systems.
• Perform line welding and fabrication.
• Provide safe road service when needed to return equipment to operation.
• Identify malfunction sources using electronic tools.
• Complete required company training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
