Fleet Repair Solutions LLC in Seagoville, TX is seeking a hands‑on Diesel/Tractor Technician to diagnose, service, and repair diesel‑powered tractors and heavy‑duty commercial vehicles.

As a Diesel/Tractor Technician you will diagnose engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and aftertreatment systems, and perform preventive maintenance while documenting repairs. Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift; competitive pay, overtime, and bonuses. CDL preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous diesel engine and heavy‑duty tractor repair experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing Class 7/Class 8 trucks or similar heavy‑duty equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently diagnose mechanical issues rather than simply perform basic maintenance.
• Experience with diesel diagnostic software and scan tools preferred.
• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high‑quality repair standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and DOT‑related inspections.
• Identify mechanical problems and determine appropriate repairs.
• Complete engine, component, and system repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, technology, and software to manage work orders and document repairs.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow company safety procedures.

Your Role
