Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Diesel Technology.
  • Three (3) years of work experience in the Diesel field.
  • OR High School Diploma and 8 years of work experience in the Diesel field.
  • Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in Diesel Applied Technology.
  • Ability to plan course instruction based on approved syllabus/outline.
  • Ability to utilize diverse teaching styles to accommodate students.

Responsibilities

  • Teach courses per regular semester, online and/or dual-credit classes.
  • Develop and use a variety of teaching methods and materials.
  • Maintain one hour daily office hours and be available for student conferences.
  • Assist in academic advising of declared majors and with marketing/recruitment.
