Job summary

Leppo Rents is seeking a skilled diesel mechanic to service and repair skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and related equipment. You will diagnose complex issues, perform preventive maintenance, and use diagnostic tools to keep our rental fleet ready for work.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in ready-to-work condition.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
