Leppo Rents is seeking diesel mechanics of all skill levels who can hit the ground running and deliver top-notch service for our rental fleet. We value experience, hustle, and the ability to think outside the box when solving problems in the field or in the shop.

You will perform diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and telehandlers, while maintaining detailed records and supporting teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and more).
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly.
• Customer-first attitude – our technicians are the face of our service.
• Team players who are ready to step in and keep projects moving.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
