Leppo Rents is seeking diesel mechanics of all skill levels to support our rental fleet and back-to-work quickly. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain compact construction equipment with a customer-first mindset, collaborating with teammates across departments.

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
