Job summary

Pearson Peterbilt Group is seeking skilled diesel truck technicians to diagnose and repair trucks across our Georgia and Alabama locations. You will perform visual inspections, maintenance, and repairs, including warranty work, to ensure top customer service.

The role reports to the Service Manager, offers overtime eligibility and a monthly bonus incentive for upsales. A high school diploma and 3 years of diesel service and diagnostics experience are required to join a growing, safety‑conscious

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience.
• Dressing professionally and able to communicate well with customers, vendors, and contacts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicles and perform visual inspections.
• Remove parts and attachments and complete warranty repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair lights, wiring, welding and cutting.
• Operate power and hand tools safely and read instructions.
