Job summary

Allegiance Trucks in Jericho, VT is seeking a Diesel Technician to provide technical service on vehicles and equipment, perform troubleshooting, electrical and diagnostic work, and comprehensive repairs to engines and components. You will install parts, inspect safety devices, and verify repairs by road testing.

Qualifications

1-2 years minimum work experience as a medium/high diesel technician.

Responsibilities

Provide technical service on vehicles and equipment including troubleshooting, electrical and diagnostic services.
Read repair orders and perform general and detailed repair of all trucks, engines and components.
Install injectors, pistons, liners, cam shafts, cylinder heads, bearings, clutches and transmissions.
Inspect safety devices and verify repairs through road testing.
Maintain neat, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
