Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use tools safely.
• Ability to follow DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle safety.
• Log repairs and use Penske tools; perform basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Handle tire rotations, lubrication, and component replacement as needed.
• Collaborate with a supervisor and partake in Penske technician training.
• Contribute to other tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
