Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Jessup, MD is seeking a qualified Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet. You will log work, use Penske’s tools and diagnostic tech, and help keep vehicles on the road.

You’ll work with experienced supervisors and receive hands-on Penske training to grow your skills and advance your career. The role requires safety compliance, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work a Sunday–Thursday shift.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Utilize Penske tools and diagnostic tech to complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on gas and diesel vehicles.
• Collaborate with supervisor to gain new skills through Penske training.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
