Responsibilities include diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repair of brakes, suspensions, electrical, and emissions systems, with thorough documentation and teamwork with service staff. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Diesel technician school or technical training preferred but not required.
• Experience with semi-truck repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment repair.
• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) - preferred, not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic.
• Minimum 18 months diesel repair or mechanical experience (preferred, not required for entry-level roles).
• Ability to work in a shop environment and collaborate with a team.
• Must own a basic set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair on diesel trucks (Mack, Volvo, and other makes).
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty trucks.
• Repair and service: Brake systems, suspension, electrical, and emissions systems.
• Accurately document all repairs, parts, and labor.
• Work closely with service advisors and service managers.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient repairs while maintaining productivity.
• Provide excellent customer-focused service.
