Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Neenah, Wisconsin is hiring a Diesel Technician Trainee on the second shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm) with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. You will train on the job to become a Ryder Diesel Mechanic Technician, with no experience required and paid training.

The role offers ongoing certification support, performance bonuses, and retirement benefits. You will work to maintain heavy‑duty vehicles and gain hands‑on skills in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Zero to one year mechanical experience with diesel engines preferred.
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn equipment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy duty vehicles into/out of yard, wash bay, or service shop.
• Perform multi-point inspection and report issues.
• Maintain fuel island area and assist in facility maintenance.
• Complete Technician Training Development Program requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
