Qualifications

• Three years of full-time work experience in a diesel/mechanical field.

• Willing to travel up to 10% and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and manufacturer-led training at Boone Facility.
• Learn from instructors and mentors to gain hands-on equipment service experience.
• Complete John Deere University courses and certification requirements.
• Develop knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and precision agriculture tech.
• Use John Deere manuals, diagnostic software, and tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and basic service repairs.
