Job summary

NFI is seeking a diesel mechanic to service and repair our dedicated fleet. You’ll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools like JPRO and OEM software, perform preventive maintenance, and support DOT inspections.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a Class B license.
• Technical degree or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical tractor and trailer issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tractors and trailers.
• Perform DOT inspections per FMCSA guidelines.
• Lift and reposition up to 75 lbs as needed.
