Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a diesel mechanic to maintain and repair our dedicated fleet in North Carolina. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and support DOT inspections to keep the trucks running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Technical degree or 2+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, multimeters and Windows is expected.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical tractor and trailer issues using diagnostic tools and standard procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on fleet tractors and trailers.
• Complete DOT inspections per FMCSA guidelines.
