Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Diesel Technician in West Allis, WI. The role offers a stable career path with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision after 30 days and PTO from day one.

The position requires repair and maintenance of heavy-duty vehicles, with a second shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, and opportunities for bonuses, tuition assistance, and retirement contributions. A CDL is preferred but not always required.

Formación

• Experience in diesel engine repair and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment to identify faults in heavy-duty vehicles.
• Basic tools and willingness to work second shift.
• Prior experience with shop software and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Conduct standard preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Identify root causes and replace defective components.
• Interact with drivers to clarify complaints and service needs.
