Your Purpose as a Diesel Technician:

  • Perform complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing on Sprinter Vans.
  • Conduct road tests to ensure quality repair work is completed to Mercedes-Benz standards.
  • Communicate directly with service advisors regarding service status and estimated completion times to keep customers informed.
  • Continuously learn and apply new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay ahead of rapidly evolving automotive technology.
  • Maintain an organized and neat shop area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of mechanic experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous diesel experience or certification is strongly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
